Deposits:

Many of our dates in the Summer months are quite popular, therefore we ask for a 30% (non-refundable) deposit to secure a particular date. We then request the remaining balance a week prior to the event.

Deposits & payments are 100% refundable in the event that we are unable attend due to sickness or injury (Although this has never occurred!)

Space/Stage requirements:

We require a space of roughly 4.5m wide x 2.5m deep. We do not require a raised stage (but enjoy having one!). We do request that we do not play on grass.

If outside, we must be provided with some form of shelter - even if the weather looks nice! This is due to the fact that we cannot risk water getting into our gear. 

Set-up:

We need just under an hour to set up. Ideally we like to set up just before we start playing, however, with events like weddings we appreciate the need for minimal disruptions. We will discuss set-up arrival times on a case-by-case basis and work in with your big day.

Performance conditions:

Unless discussed prior, we do not let people come on stage to sing or perform. If you would like someone at your party to do this, we are happy to discuss this before the event. 

We reserve the right to stop playing if behavior towards us becomes aggressive or unacceptable.
